Do I have to put each letter on individually? No. Your vinyl letters come pre-spaced so that you can apply the letters all at once
Can you apply the vinyl to any surface? Vinyl letters will stick to any smooth or lightly textured surface. For example: walls, wood, smooth metal, porcelain, glass, and most floor tiles. **Please note that vinyl does not work well on sandy or sharp textures, such as specialty "suede & sand" paints along with troweled plaster.
How do you remove the vinyl lettering if you need to? To remove, heat the lettering with a blow dryer. Once the vinyl is warm, use a sharp instrument to lift one of the corners. Gently pull the vinyl lettering off. ****Please note, as I have not had any customers that have had problems with removing the vinyl, due to prior condition and age, damage to surface is possible. (Now the lawyers are happy.)****
Are the colors of vinyl on the website exactly what I will receive with my order The color may not be exact due to color differences on "paper". If you have any concerns please feel free to e-mail us for a true sample.
How do I determine the height of the vinyl lettering? The height is determined by measuring the tallest point and the lowest point of the expression. For example, "Live Well*Laugh Often*Love Much" would be measured from the top of the capital 'L' in 'Live' to the bottom of the 'h' in 'Much'.
How do I apply my vinyl expression? Line up your quote and check to make sure it's level. Use masking tape to hang it temporarily on the wall. Double check your placement!
Rub your application stick Gently over the lettering and designs to make sure they will stick to the transfer tape.
Flip up the lettering (upside down) without removing it from the wall. Peel off the white backing slowly and carefully. Make sure all designs and lettering are sticking to the clear transfer tape!
Let the lettering and clear transfer tape slowly fall back into place on your wall.
Use the edge of the application stick to go over the design again.
Slowly and carefully remove the clear transfer tape, beginning in the upper right corner and working at an angle.
If any letters are difficult, just use your application stick to help them transfer to the wall.

How long does it take to receive my order? Once you have placed your order, we will send an image file of your order for approval.
When you have approved your image and payment is received, your order will ship within 3 to 5 days. ( in most cases sooner)
